1. Who we are
7dots.space is a full-service brand and media agency operated from the 6th Floor, Mayflower Valencia, Avinashi Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore — 641 004, Tamil Nadu. These terms govern the use of this website and the standard conditions under which we take on client work.
2. Engagements & contracts
Retainer engagements run on a minimum three-month contract unless agreed otherwise in writing. Project engagements are governed by the scope, deliverables and timelines set out in the accepted proposal. A proposal is considered accepted once confirmed in writing and the first payment is received.
3. Payments
Retainer fees are payable monthly, upfront, at the start of each billing cycle. Project fees follow the payment schedule in the proposal. Production shoots are scheduled only after the advance payment has cleared. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are charged as per Indian law. GST: 33AENFS6652K1ZH.
4. Revisions
Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revision rounds, or changes that expand the scope, are estimated and billed separately before the work begins.
5. Delivery
Final deliverables are handed over through cloud delivery. Working files, source projects and raw footage remain the property of 7dots.space unless their transfer is expressly included in the engagement.
6. Cancellation
Either party may end a retainer engagement with fifteen days' written notice, sent by email. Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, and work completed up to the effective date of cancellation is billable in full.
7. Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, the client owns the final approved deliverables for the uses agreed in the engagement. 7dots.space retains the right to feature the work in its portfolio, website and pitch materials unless a written confidentiality arrangement says otherwise. Third-party assets (fonts, stock, music, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.
8. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information, brand assets and approvals they provide, and for holding the rights to any material they supply for use in the work. Timelines assume feedback and approvals are given within the windows agreed for the project.
9. Equipment sales
As an authorised Blackmagic Design dealer, 7dots.space supplies equipment and licences on a sale basis. Warranty, replacement and support for such products are governed by the manufacturer's terms.
10. Liability
7dots.space's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms, algorithms or policies outside our control.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
